When you are in Ecuador you will also have the opportunity to meet with our finishes specialist to discuss your needs and to ensure that every selection you make will meet your standards of aesthetics, quality and functionality. There are samples for you to see and touch on site so you can compare.

All homes come with the standard package included where we have assured that you will have quality finishes to enhance your home. The preferred package gives upgrades such as ceiling fans, fully tiled bathrooms and a kitchen back splash to mention a few. The Elite Package provides a more customized feel with help to pick out that special piece of granite or tiling. Please view the package details on the links below. When your house is nearing the time for finishes you will be provided a login where you can make your final decision and sign off on your selections. This is not done ahead of time due to the chance of changes in product availability. We strive to provide product that is available at all times however this cannot be guaranteed

Appliance Upgrades

You might want to add a dishwasher to your kitchen or an over the range microwave. There are quite a few options to consider.

Pool and Hot Tub Ideas

Your outdoor area is your relaxing play space. Get a custom pool, hot tub or combination of both for your yard. Water features make a beautiful statement as well. We recommend the electronic salt chlorination system to treat your pool or hot tub.

A typical 10’x 20′ pool costs approximately $14,000 -$16,000 with a single water feature. Whereas a built in 7′ x 7′ hot tub should be around $7,000 -$9,000. Many landscaping features can be added such as gardens and rock formations at additional costs.

Outdoor Entertainment Ideas

Why not add an outdoor bar, wood fire pizza oven or pergola. We recommend natural looking, low maintenance artificial grass if you want green areas. Or simply add a mini fridge to your standard outdoor kitchen.

The standard outdoor kitchen is not included in the purchase of a Condo, but can be added along with a bar as an additional upgrade.

Window Coverings

Ceibo Valley has contracted a direct from manufacturer local supplier of high quality window coverings. We can help you select the right ones for you.

Bathroom

Bathrooms can be modified to make them wheelchair friendly. Including grab rails and 32″ entry doors.

Drop in bathtubs can be upgraded to include Jacuzzi type jets.

Garage Options

The standard garage fits one electric vehicle (think golf cart!) and includes your systems for the solar electric power, water heater and reverse osmosis system. You may wish to have your 80 square feet of garage storage area upgraded with a second garage door to accommodate 2 vehicles.
